The Mood:Media app works on both iOS and Android tablets and smart phones.

Since receiving calls, texts, and other alerts on your phone can cause disruptions, we suggest you disable those functions while you’re playing music. Another solution is switching to a Mood:Media Player so you can store, and play all your music programs from one compact, dedicated onsite device. You can still use the Mood:Media App to control your the Mood:Media Player, but won’t run the risk of music getting disrupted when you receive a call or notification.

When you download the Mood:Media App, simply enter the pairing key provided by Mood Media. Next you’ll see a confirmation screen and easy steps to follow to get started playing and managing your music programs. You can also request a pairing key by tapping the Harmony icon in the top right corner of the screen, then selecting Customer Service and logging the request in the form.
